The Rogue Federal Credit Union Bite of the Rogue Valley is September 11th & 12th, 2010
(BEND, Ore) Lay It Out Events is pleased to announce the Rogue Federal Credit Union Bite of the Rogue Valley, to be held on September 11th & 12th in Downtown Medford. The Rogue Federal Credit Union Bite of the Rogue is Southern Oregon’s most exciting and fastest-growing charity event and festival.
The mission of the Rogue Federal Credit Union Bite of the Rogue Valley is to celebrate our local culture and create an event that highlights the foods of our region, while raising funds for local charities. A portion of the proceeds raised will be donated to the local Boys & Girls Clubs of the region. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley works to provide year-round positive, fun and safe places and program for all kids, helping them to build self-esteem and develop skills necessary to make right choices, becoming responsible and productive citizens. Providing clubs, team sports and alternative learning centers, the Boys & Girls Clubs plays a vital role in the lives of many young people in the Rogue Valley.
The Rogue Federal Credit Union Bite of the Rogue is $3 for adults and free for children under 12, and offers a wide array of fun for everyone, including a children’s area, a performance stage featuring local musicians, culinary delights from some of the Valley’s best restaurants, wines from the region’s top vineyards, and microbrews from around the Northwest. Also featured will be the popular Top Chef competition and the Bartenders Brawl.
